4. Presentations of solutions and case studies
The presentation of information gathered during the project provides a raft of good and best practices from companies and national social partners for age management in the chemical industry and gives a number of recommendations. These are supplemented and illustrated by case studies that provide snapshots revealing corporate reality and the individual problems and solutions found by SMEs and large enterprises in Germany, Italy, Finland and the Czech Republic.
